Project was executed in a three-step process, generating insights through qualitative and quantitative consumer research to understand the Chinese gifting market, the drivers behind various gift purchases and the attributes of a good gift.
Insights were used as the foundation for eight innovative product experiences with potential to drive brand equity and sales. Ultimately, the project aimed to help Häagen-Dazs consolidate its position as a key player across popular gifting occasions.
These products should be out in the market in 2020-2021.
