Conversational interfaces are reinventing people’s homes, workspaces and cars. As a leader in innovative technology and digitalization, Audi was exploring the strategy regarding future human-machine interactions and its development. To support this study and find a solution for Audi in-car AI, was done a comprehensive in-car digital assistant concept definition study to establish first a solid basis for Audi’s future innovation efforts. Based on that research and analysis outcomes, was identified a positioning for Audi’s digital assistant of the future, define its potential china-specific experiences and design future roles.

This new digital assistants expected to be emerged in 2021.
