«Hotel 2025» was a study of the Future of Hospitality done in collaboration with CBi CHINA BRIDGE with the aim of increasing guest experience in a denominated hotel chain. The project includes a detailed research about the current status of business hotels around the world and in China; possible C-to-C future services, their impact and possible developments on the Hospitality field. The project was done based on an actual business model. Workshops and group experiments were also used to gather trust-worthy feedback.
